In that case, Star Wars can be said to exist in our space-time continuum.

Star Wars is set "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away", but this implies that it's a galaxy far away from the Milky Way, but in the same universe (otherwise there would be no reference point for it to be "far away" from).

the person is either a real person or a fictional character in a real world setting, that allows in theory to answer date of birth or place of death questions in the usual form (I wanted to say like Tom Sawyer but the Main plot is actional set in a fictional town in Missouri)

This is silly. A little while ago there was a question about whether fictional characters are made of molecules, and the overwhelming majority concluded that fictional characters are obviously not made of molecules.
