If the answer for D is yes, is it Henrietta Lacks (born Loretta Pleasant)/HeLa cell line?

-) (mostly meant for C) Are they a mammal?
We have a new leader! The immortal Henrietta Lacks (may all of her be allowed to die) it is!

A/ ROBERT THE BRUCE - 1 point - Jamie
B/ Doctor Who - 2 points - han-shahanshah
C/ Unknown
D/ Henrietta Lacks - 4 points - Kakarroto

As you can see we have only 3 possible winners remaining, with everyone else playing for honour (and Kakarroto's glory!)

Will you catch them all? The game continues!

Phew, sometimes obscure knowledge pays off ... today I pointed in a job interview with knowledge that in certain nations a dead body isn't allowed to exist for more than 24 hours.

Anyway, back to the game:

C1. Real
C2. Male
C3. Not born before 1900
C4. Not an actor
C5. Dead
C6. Not human
C7. Vertebrate
C8. Died before reaching 20 years old.
C9. Not missing
C10. Death not debatable
C11. A mammal

I suggest question in following directions (though I restrain myself to ask them myself for now since I already asked the last two in a row):
-) was this mammal put or elected into an official office?
-) asking what kind of mammal it is (dog, cat, horse, groundhog [if someone wants to directly shoot at it, his name is Punxsutawney Phil] [although the gm might rule he's still the same since 1886 and there never has been a replacement] ...) might help
-) questions about the colour might help
-) asking if he naturally prefers the aquatic lifestyle (Flipper, Willy?)

that should help a few grey cells ...

Well, geography is universal. Born in a country that speaks a romance language?
Octavious, this question is still open.

Good spot!

Certainly born in a county where romance languages are spoken, although I do not believe it has any official language as such

Allow me a few moments to consult my reference books...

According to the Bumper Book of Animals (1920s edition) fur and hair are scientifically indistinguishable... Therefore I will answer yes

A country with no official language(s)?

That must narrow it down.

According to the World Population Review, the following countries have no official language:

The UK
The United States
Australia
Costa Rica
Eritrea

Ok according to the Wikipedia list, the following have no official language at national level:

Palestine
Bosnia
Australia
United States
United Kingdom
Japan
Taiwan
Argentina
Mexico
Uruguay

Oddly, the Wikipedia page disagrees with the World Population Review about Costa Rica and Eritrea. Wikipedia is not the greatest source, however.

Still, that's a small minority of the World's countries, so it does nonetheless narrow it down.

QUESTION: Was the life-form in (C) from one of the countries listed in this post?

For C, is this creature a carnivore?

If the answer is no, I will guess Dolly the (cloned) Sheep (since you got me thinkin about cells with Henrietta Lacks).

C13. Does have fur (though maybe hints on a year [1920]?) (informs that fur and hair is scientifically indistinguishable)
C14. A country named in post #72 (Palestine, Bosnia, Australia, USA, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Argentina, Mexico, Urugay, Costa Rica, Eritrea)

hmm ... not sure if the subtle hints in C13 might be a red herring or some gm help.

But lets say it is ... which non human mammals would have something resembling hair?

Also googling the 'bumper book of animals' informs me it seems to be a kind of educational encyclopaedia for the young(er)? And the year 1920 just seems to be a certain edition of it.

But back to the hair question, while most mammal foliage is called fur, some are especially called by hair, like horse hair. Also, it seems like every mammal has fur or hair in some stage of their life, like dolphins having a few whiskers in their early live. So either we go deep dive into this topic or try to find another point to question.

Dolly was a female sheep.

This creature is male.
