Given the hidden voting powers tied votes seem quite likely. What happens?

Also if deathbomb is the dk and there is a tie below what happens?

GM NOTE:

You've played Mafia before. What do you think happens if the dayvote is tied? No one dies.

As stated, and then clarifed, the eldest wagon at the tied votecount would die. If th deathbomb is at 5, and 3 wagons at 4, the wagon that had 4 votes first dies.
