tl;dr town - chaqa <<< maniac <? kak - scum
chaqa reread
- I can't really see newb scum brad coming in, dropping a vote on his only teammate, disappearing for two days, then saying rdr is still one of his top scumreads. The only way I can see the brad slot being scum is if he meant to switch off rdr at some point and forgot.
- rdr starts townreading brad for the vote on him and pushes back on brad votes despite calling him out multiple times for inactivity. Not sure if he'd be that blatant with his teammate.
- I don't really have a read on brad/chaqa based on actual behavior, but just given brad's vote I don't think chaqa should be seriously considered as the kill tomorrow.
kak reread
- the way rdr interacts with kak is pretty awkward. He votes kak d1 and d2 before moving off which could be distancing, especially given how much rdr emphasized that he wouldn't bus as scum.
- the phrasing of rdr's vote as "vote Kak and probably Dargo will say it's a buss." is especially awkward. He then shifts to townreading kak starting d3 and doesn't seriously consider him again.
- kak townreads rdr but never really explains it or expresses it especially strongly
- It's harder for me to see scum!kak faking the thought processes and analyses that he's done throughout the game. However, I do think that the one-post-per-phase thing could be a way to avoid significant pressure while posting ostensibly towny things, and the rdr interactions are bad.
maniac reread
- maniac does not meaningfully engage with/mention rdr until the middle of day three. However when he does, it's direct in a way that I think is town-indicative - he claims rdr/kak to be an unlikely scum pairing and townreads rdr for wanting brad subbed out, which scum maniac wouldn't really need to do
- before day three, rdr mentions maniac often without committing to a specific read of him, including nullreading him, saying damo had a good vote on him, openly "flip flopping" on him, and suggesting that he should be "looked into", alongside damo and brad
- rdr votes maniac day three for "forcing arguments to justify a vote by POE" at 11 hours to EOD, checks in again and asks worcej about maniac at 5 hours to EOD, and then leaves for the day. I think bussing is less likely but still plausible in this setup; I think the specific way in which rdr voted for maniac (ensuring he was the first vote on him, but also not pushing him especially hard and leaving outs by also thinking damo should be "looked into") is a likely way that rdr would choose to bus if he decided to. However, I think maniac is less likely to be rdr's teammate than kak is off of interactions
- maniac does look pretty bad based off of voting record, though, given that all three days he helped solidify a miskill without really providing strong reasons for the target or driving the wagon. Sort of the opposite of kak, where the baseline read is scummier but the interactions with rdr are townier, but I lean slightly more likely to kak since the interactions are probably more meaningful than my behavioral analysis righ tnow
