An interesting question. I imagine that most people who met him would describe him as white, but it's perhaps truer to say he's mixed. Indeed he would have been eligible for international duty for 3 different nations, one of which very much not a white country, due to his ancestry.

The four teams I mentioned in that post
have contested English cup finals this season (and Liverpool were also in a European final).
