20Q - Twenty Questions - Character Edition

Let's do it, WebDiplomacy. The rules are:
Only yes/no questions may be asked.
If the answer is unclear, questionmaster must clarify why.
Guesses do not count against the total. Because of that, only one guess is allowed after all 20 are up.
Please choose people/movie/TV/literary/video game/etc. characters that, if you were to throw a dart out the window, at least 50% of people hit would know this character.
Whomever guesses correctly takes over from the previous questionmaster. If they do not want to do it, they may choose who to pass the duty onto or just give it to the first volunteer.
If the questionmaster remains undefeated three times in a row, on the third time they must either pass it to a person of their choice, or the first volunteer takes over.
I have someone in mind, so let's do it!

Only one guess allowed after the 20 questions? So we have to go through the whole lot before the person turns out to be Kestas? Sigh... very well...
Is this person a Diplomacy player?

Does this person, when you stop and think about it, wear job gloves? Gloves, that is to say, a person would use to carry out a significant part of what they're employed to do?

Good question. They might for some parts, but it's certainly not the first thing you would ever think of about them or commonly associate with them re: gloves/job gloves, so no.

Yes, which is a shame because it'd have been nice to keep a record in the OP.

White likely dude who killed someone from recent times. Unsure how we're defining important historical figure- would a i.e. president count as an important historical figure?
