Yeah Chaqa some of the people on the list are new, they signed up weeks ago, and the start date of the game has been moved. So you can't just assume they're totally alert and ready to start. Confirming is useful.

Really would love to understand what caused us to go from 19-ish players down to being barely able to make a game of 11...
