@Ezio - how are you feeling right now? I want to hear more thoughts from you.
I'm still curious in general, but specifically, you're voting ghug with xorxes right now. How do you read xorxes? You fearkilled him in the mini-game. What do you make of his play this game, both in a general sense and compared to other games you've been in with him?

You've voted for Foxy and ghug today. Even if you consider both of them scum, there's still a 3rd mafia somewhere. Who else do you think might be scum?

Xorxes' play has been entirely underwhelming but I can't find anything inherently scummy. Because he is xorxes, him being underwhelming is scummy. As a result I'm not inherently opposed to his wagon (I don't townread him), but I'm certainly not going to push his wagon today.

I'm having a really hard time analyzing this game. I use the wagons to solve the game and form super solid townreads (and usually slight scumreads) on players based on how they interact with the major wagons. Unfortunately our wagons have been shit. D1 was a town v town d1 with no information to speak of, and d2 was just a claim.

As a result I'm having to play solely based on press which has never been my forte, or even been remotely competent at it. As a result I'm largely trying to call people out when I know they're being disingenuous *cough* *Ghug*.

Today should be much more informative.

Yeah. I find Bozo very weird this game, but I'm also inclined to think he wouldn't be this open if he was scum. Partly that's because he was playing the deep threat in the game I played where he was scum, and partly because last game where he was town, I disagreed with his line of thought/questions and he was town in that even though he seemed slightly scummy.

The two scummiest notches I have against xorxes are:

1) his weird entry vote on you (Ezio) to start. Saying that you were likely to fearkill him and for simply having a nametag the same as your username. If it was an RVS vote, he planted on it for a long time.

2) his response to BB's entry scumread of him (saying not to tunnel him) after BB only mentioned him like three times

I'm headed to an orientation for a new job I'm starting. I'll be shocked if I'm not back before EoD but it's possible. At this point I'm more comfortable with lynching xorxes than I am with Foxcastle, but I really don't know. Foxy's D1/D2 still feel weird to me.

Is it possible that one of nesdunk/reedeer were kidnapped last night?

I don't know why that would be a good play for scum at all. I haven't seen them browsing the forum.

Durga's argument that the roleblocker was holstering because they didn't know if they were DD or not set the stage, and I forget who pointed out that ghug was thinking like scum, but that's what put it in my head. (Sorry, on my phone.)

##Call GM: would game be aware of the Kidnapper's action? Is it announced?

##Call GM: will players who fail to meet voting/posting requirements at EOD be modkilled, or will they be replaced?

GM NOTE:

If a player is kidnapped, an announcement is made at EON, so yes, all players would be aware.

We always try to find substitutes first. If none are available, the player will be modkilled.

@Foxcastle: I think that ghug would have taken the risk of checking his nametag when there was a good chance he was DD, and found out he was not DD, if he was the role blocker, so I think there is a better chance that you are the role blocker. That does not mean ghug is not scum, and I think there is a chance you both are scum considering how you were both trying to hide who was DD.

Bozo, I don't follow your arguments on that, it seems like nonsense. Either of us could be the roleblocker, in theory.

In the 3 hours and 45 minutes until EOD, we should probably work out the various scenarios for when scum would kidnap, because that also puts Town a vote down (or prevents a scum lynch). All the more reason to lynch scum today...

Okay, even if you lynch me today to take the DD non-vote off the table, you have lynch scum tomorrow to avoid losing anyway, or they kidnap on N4 and town loses.

I'm fairly certain ghug wouldn't have taken the chance.

I'm sorry lol - you knew all the intricacies of the name tag bullshit that benefited and hindered scum and town, but you're pretending to not know how the kidnapper works? don't fucking kill me
