But then they kill DD, right? So it wouldn't really be back with town. They would have to have the roleblocker do the kills so they can give it back to town if they pick it up.

You are right, DD performing the NK would kill DD and get their vote back, but they would have to use the RB to give DD to town.

I think all town should look at their nametag if they have not already, and reveal their nametag and when it was checked. I looked at my nametag D1 and was FLUMINATOR.

@dargorygel: Obviously the point is to force scum to at least pretend to look at their nametag. I asked you if you found out if nesdunk had checked his nametag because after D1, nesdunk was one of three possibilities of being DD. Durga came up with the theory that the RB was not used N1 because the role blocker knew there was a chance he was DD and could give himself away by moving the DD tag. We now know Foxcastle was DD, but we also know Foxcastle and ghug were not the role blocker.

Also, Pouncy replaced reedeer, who we know was GUAK to start the game, so it is very unlikely reedeer looked at his nametag before he lost interest or became unavailable.

Durga possibly just saved town by preventing my mislynch and possibly handing the DD tag over to scum. However, on the second point, I think it becomes complicated because of the roleblocker and also because the roleblocker could have simultaneously performed the NK. Also, she likely visited somebody else, to try to put DD on someone she suspected was scum to cost them a vote (assuming she visited me N2, which we don't know). Additionally, if instead the kidnapper conducted the NK on Durga before carrying out the kidnapping, Bo_sox comes into this.

Walking through it... Roleblocker (tag A) visits Oracle (tag B). Tags switch. Oracle (tag A) visits another player called Suspect (tag C). Tags switch. Roleblocker (tag B) night kills Oracle (tag C). Tags switch. Final outcome: Oracle has tag B, the same she started with; roleblocker has tag C; the Suspect visited by the Oracle has tag A.

##CALL GM: How do nametags transfer if the Hooker roleblocks a player before nightkilling that same player? Is what I described accurate?

Maybe the role blocker just missed putting in a RB order N1, or maybe the mafia did not believe yavuzovic was the cop. The mafia could have NKed yavuzovic N1 instead of Vecna if they thought he was the cop. Or, maybe the mafia deliberately let yavuzovic scan brainbomb for some reason.

GM NOTE:

The order of night actions is listed in the first post. Your example is incorrect because if a player with a night action is roleblocked they do not perform the night action and thus no nametags are swapped. So in your example if the Oracle is roleblocked, they cannot visit anyone and no nametags are swapped due to their (in)action.
