Please explain to me what on earth the benefit actually is. Sure they scanned innocent, but at this point there's a 50% chance of any scum left scanning inno.

True, but the chance that Maniac or I are the godfather is what...one in 12? And the chance that we're town is 11/12. It's a false assumption to think it's a 50/50 chance on Maniac or myself. Because the last thing I want is for y'all to kill me, and then mistakenly assume Maniac must be GF then. It's simply better statistics to hunt outside of the scans until we find the goon

If we're going to have kill the Goon anyway, which we are, why not go for them first? If you think Goldie is scum, fantastic, look for partner interactions with that assumption in your mind already.

One step ahead of you, did that in the post Jamie hated for silly reasons. In fact, I did it for the sole reason that people have an uncanny aversion to voting goldie today and I knew I'd probably have to go after his partner before I could convince anyone to vote him. That doesn't mean I'm not still gonna try flipping him first though.
