Having just read the set up and rules there is no obligation to vote that I can find. Wierd.

Read the new Rule 9 in the master ruleset linked on Page 1.

There is no longer an explicit set of minimum participation requirements. Instead there is an "holistic requirement of meaningful participation upon players".

I reject this mischaracterisation. I caught Fluminator lying and, entirely reasonably, I went after him. His responses to my pressure were awful, and therefore, quite reasonably, I continued to press him. Stubborn? Perhaps. Self-righteous? Not really. Genuinely trying to catch scum (whether successfully or, sadly, not).
