Why do you (and you Jamie) think this is a "framing" rather than an interrogation trick?

I think it's suspect because since he did it, Fluminatingboat has not mentioned it again or addressed Damo at all, despite Damo having responded, and Flum talking about other things.

This is the third time in the game that Flum has tried to do something like this with Damo. There was also these posts:

Let's wait for bozo to tell us who to kill.
And if not, lets keep killing damo.

These all attempt to give the impression that Flum has been voting for Damo and trying to push his wagon.

The problem is Fluminator has never cast a vote for Damo at any time in this phase. Go and check for yourself if you don't believe me.

I have certainly seen Hellenic Riot do that as scum. If I recall correctly there was one game in which HR doctored one of his own posts to make it look as if he had asked someone a question (which his own original post did not contain), and then he super-aggressively pushed that person for "not answering" said question.
