I don't think snowy is clear of being the 3P. He could have given away a doctor item playing the long game, knowing he would get one back.

Sure, but even in brainbomb land, isn’t the doc told if they save someone? Understandably I, having a massive and wrinkled brain, am completely capable of this.
Therefore, it is not beyond reason that I, the 3P, have both guessed that a scum team shot me and that a doctor saved me on that night, and was truly roleblocked by scum.

I do not believe this is how resolutions work. I believe that the target is informed of the save, not the doctor.

Yeah this is actually a really hard set up to create a true clear, but somehow events contrive to make me one.
