From not Snowy's perspective, you do not know for certain that Bozo is not cop, and therefore to be fully certain (we are at lylo) I think cop does counter claim instead of staying hidden

Now from Snowy's perspective I know how garbage this claim is so I'm tempted to tell cop to lay low. Depends on how willing town is to take this risk I guess
