There was some good mechanical observations about which setup we might have, and the RB options.

I am thinking that vecna might not have been roleblocked. But then someone has something. (Says captain obvious.)

Maniac seems arguing just to argue. I could vote for him.

Macca is absent, which I get. But they claimed to be reading all day and had nothing to say. Sort of too scummy to be scummy. I could vote for them.

HB looks better to me than previously. My sense after one read is that Ham has started interacting more than just blurting.

Those were my three killables last time i wrote such things.

But my anchor vote today is on fluminator. Watching and not liking the interaction with kgray.

The Journalist's action is a visit.

Bb cannot reach to a conclusion by observing two visits. He did the observation only for one night and even if he observed 2 visits, he wouldn't be able to say who is who.

I don't approve Macca kill, they won't be much informative and we have better candidates. Also he doesn't show up after a wagon is formed against them so they are more likely to be town I guess. I don't want to townread Macca because I have no reason, but should we really kill a lurker?

I think I saw later that you explained this as “town would not think about how WW can help scum.” I don’t agree, but I do think this fits into a pattern of HB making posts that do not advance the game for town but rather are a fakenews attempt to make it LOOK like he is solving.

Agree. Even if he saw nothing. Because if he watches Vecna, sees nobody visit, but Vecna dies, then he 100% knows it was the Ninja.

Then why to expose himself if he couldn't catch a suspect. Even if this happened, he would keep the information for himself. If he observed someone other than ninja, it would make sense to crumb but pretty much everyone can guess that mafia would send the ninja as lomg as they are available.

Okay, I'll reread you later today too. But I do think you're holding back a lot more than normal, and the Maniac focus is most of what I remember off the top of my head, which is why it feels like you're hiding behind it.

If they knew Vecna would die (maybe there's no doctor), then they wouldn't necessarily need to RB him, right? It just worked out that his PR was the one that could still do something N1 if he died. But even if Vecna was RB'd, then either you or damo has to be scum, and I'm not sure why you couldn't be Janitor who was RB'd by town? Am I missing a mechanic?

I think if scum was RB'd by town, they'd have to claim. It would be really suspicious not to.

Regarding Flum's deep dive, I'll have to go back to check what they concluded, but I think it's a decent exercise for any town to be doing. Did you do one, and what did you come up with?

I think yavu comes out looking better and rdr looks a little shady.

I can’t decide if Flum was making scum noise or legitimately investigating.

Also, regarding the janitor thing: I don't think it makes sense for scum to Janitor brain, because his Watcher soft was so obvious. I know that if brain was Janitor'd and then someone claimed Watcher, I'd be really suspicious of that claim. So while Rivera obviously *could* be the Janitor, I think it's more likely that scum tried to Janitor Vecna and got blocked, so I think Jamie or Damo is more likely.

I want to hold on to this for the time being since you're admitting the suspicions you have about either Jamie, Damo, or both.

Was brain's Watcher soft obvious? Was there a particular writing that made it obvious?

I get what you're saying...that since the softclaim was obvious, someone else stepping in to claim it would be sus.

However, is this not a line of thinking based on the facts we now have? It's possible that there wasn't a soft claim.

How is it that scum would feel safe declaring them being roleblocked?

Brain very obviously hinted we were not in the setup that has no Watcher.

Well celaph still looks scummy, literally has not posted a read today, and possibly either kgray or bona or both has set up to roll him under the express route as they argue over his scumminess when previously both of them were giving him passing grades, even though he was just as slipper since D1.

interactions: I'm not sure yav read the whole game. The part where he said he it's mostly for rd's D1 vote baffles me too, it was 4-3-2-2 with demon, myself, hamilton and brain, then his vote made it a 4-3-3-2 and hamilton voted brain for a 4-3-3-3. I don't see how that would make him mafia, maybe he meant the reasoning for that, I'd have to look back for that. But then again, he didn't say anything about that so I suppose no. I mean, do you see that as vote-worthy?

deep dive: I felt kinda weirded out on the speed flum got the quote and then the discussion started about watcher, I felt like 'come on everyone, why are you so obsessed with PR's, we would be still be able to do it if we were all normal vt's' or what who crumbed. It all felt so unnecessary to me. Maybe I'm wrong and dull, since I didn't saw what brain was and everyone saying 'oh so clear', but then again, I haven't searched for him for any special role since I was convinced he's town. Well at least I got that right. blind chicken and things.
