Like, this play makes a hell of a lot more sense if he tells us to shoot rd or kgray rather than himself.

For us to win we NEED to kill one werewolf. Not sure why a claimed wolf shouldn't get killed. Doppelganger wins with town; if teccles is indeed the doppelganger, killing them doesn't meet the condition for village win.

(a) he Doppelgangered the Minion so he now has an anti-town win condition, and

(b) he proposes that it is possible a majority of players now have anti-town win cons, therefore those people should all vote for him.

Doppelganger gets the identity of the role he chooses. He claims to become Minion, which is scum aligned. So, if you believe you are town aligned don't vote him, we need to catch Werewolf and Jamiet is the claimed Werewolf. We need all town people to consolidate on him or we will lose.

By the way, claim your role, we need every info we can get.

B) isn't possible. There is no way to have a majority anti-town people. Two Werewolf and 2 Minions is one 4 out of 10. Even if Tanner is in play they can just draw against 5 town if all town vote together. And Teccles knows it and it's trying to convince town aligned people that they are scum aligned (Chaqa).

Er... yeah, you're right. I picked myself because a) I'm really sure it works for us and b) it gives away no information beyond my claim. But it would have been better to pick an obvious-town player.

I'm worried about switching with not much time left - we need every werewolf and friend to switch over, and I'm not confident we'll get that in time. But if Jamie (the publically known wolf) declares another target, I'll gladly fall in line.

FWIW, I think my pre-claim play is much more minion than tanner. My drunk claim was an attempt to blend in and be able to influence the daykill, and I think that's how it looks.

It's true that B) isn't possible, but it's completely possible that the majority of people should think they are probably scum. They should all vote for me, even though an unlucky one of them is going to end up losing (likely because they were robbed of their original role).

I hardclaimed I switched you and Chaqa. Hardclaim means it's the only claim I will do. Believe it or not, but it's obviously true considering how people react to it
