And to answer this, I suppose we will all need to disclose which role we started as. That may flush out people who *started* as Werewolves although those people might be Town now so that's a problem we need to deal with.
I wonder if we should wait to disclose our starting cards, until everyone has turned up, so that people have a general idea of what the heck is going on. Most of us, I think, haven't played this game before (myself included!).

I think robber should claim and say who they targeted and what their new role is.
Either they're town now and the person they targeted is also town and we have two clears, or they're scum now and the person they swapped with is town who knows they're scum. In the second case they would probably just lie, but that's risky for them too and could give us something useful.
And the other switching roles could have interfered with this, but they're also town and therefore have no reason not to share what they know.
Thoughts?

The other really important thing you need to be aware of is that we vote to eliminate someone, like in Mafia, but you have to vote in private by PM to the GMs. You can say who you're voting for here in the thread but you need to send a PM to actually cast it. (Plus you could lie).

She's playing online euchre with her girlfriends; a monthly gig. they haven't played in person since last February. This particular gummy was 150mg, so she had about 1/3 of it. It should be good for tonight. But during the conversation I was asking "for who," and "for when" thinking that I could offer some guidance. Like, if I'm walking home from work I like "this much..." Nope. My lady likes to go full-tilt boogie.

There is only one positive use of troublemaker I can see. If you are lucky and choose one werewolf then he can claim he was a werewolf and we kill the other.
