It was just after breakfast. The sun was just coming up, and the folk of Rachel were a little upset. All of the ice cream was gone. Now where would their tastebuds get their satisfaction from odd flavours?

But…

Something smelled funny. Not funny like a joke about a dog with a man’s name, or chaqa’s mullet… but funny like bordering on nauseous. Sickening. (So maybe sort of like chaqa’s mullet…)

The smell seemed to be coming from the Church of Reformed Shamanistic Enlightenment. Things were quiet in the sanctuary, too quiet.

A couple of folk try to open the door… and after a bit of pushing and prying… the door opens.

In the middle of the floor… surrounded by empty ice cream containers is a body. A slightly bulging body. As if someone had drunk a whole 2-liter container of coke… and then swallowed ten or eleven mentos.

And sort of exploded.

And it stunk. Pretty bad.

From the shaman-clerical collar and apparel, everyone could see that it was foxy.
