a) targets at night; in this case RDR
b) Target with active ability, same ability is applied to target

Yeah, that's basically it. The person who is parroted performs their own action on themselves also. So for example, if the cop is parroted they'd get a scan of whoever they were visiting and also a result on themselves. This is how damo knew we had a psycho.
