I’m much busier today then yesterday but I wanted to pop in and say that making a list of who people would cop scan seems like a bad idea. And I’m a bit disappointed by the people who have contributed to it.
It's pretty much just getting consensus out there from more people. The cop is effectively outed due to brainbomb's shenanigans anyway. We got lucky that ghuggles was the Roleblocker. As long as the Doctor stays hidden, the Cop is essentially free to run amok.
Yeah, my immediate reaction was that brain wouldn't scan me, so it was a false claim made to lure out the cop as a last hurrah.

I wasn't expecting this to turn into that, I just wanted to give our Cop guidance since our Cop this game is a big fan of my play.
I looked back and saw only Chaqa was in support of making it a survey. I'll retract some of my disappointment

Not to start a dumb thread, but who would you scan instead?
celaph
Really? Because of their "I'm the person that fits that description the best." response?
No. Just first one of a few that popped in my head. EMC Bozo Flum HR Donny would all be as good. All irrelevant, cop should do as they think fit. And if I'm the cop I will. And if I'm not I trust they will.

DOCTOR

You are the DOCTOR. Each day you must vote for a suspect. Each night, you may visit a player by PM'ing the GM with the order ##SAVE <NAME>. At the end of the night, if they have been targeted by the mafia you will save their life. You will know if you successfully performed a save. Your target will be notified only if they have been successfully saved. You may visit yourself. You may not visit the same player on consecutive nights. You win when all of the Mafia have been eliminated, or nothing can stop this from happening.
It doesn't matter how well the doctor stays hidden. They can't perma-save the cop.
There's a bit of WIFOM involved. The Doctor may choose to not save the cop tonight in order to save him tomorrow. Best if we don't discuss it.

Getting called lazy town by a guy with half the posts I have. :kappa:
Quantity not equals quality.
Believing all scum were on Bona wagon is lazy.
A 8-7 vote on the roleblocker with last minute swings?

Seems more likely than bussing ghug on Day 2.
Yes, because scum is so imcompetent that they all pilled on one target and still got Ghug killed....
You should know better as you just won a game as scum pushing this narrative that no one bussed on D1...

I don't think the scum were all on bona or all on ghug most likely a mix. Putting all the eggs in one basket only really works if there is a true consensus and d2 eod was not that at all.

From my perspective there’s a pretty good chance that the Bona wagon was full of mafia. I somewhat doubt all five were, but it wouldn’t even be that crazy to me if everyone who voted Bona except me and HR were mafia.

Like yea maybe it’s a bit tacky and amateurish for the whole team to pile on the counterwagon, but y’all have been such bus-happy madlads for so many games that now you can cash in by dogpiling the lead wagon and leveling people.

I think there’s like max 2 mafia on ghug and more likely zero than two.

I know and good point.
I think this night I disagree with his scumteam theory, but it does show a bit more expansiveness than his previous day. For me it does not move out of the scum pool yet, but it is better.

Celeph, if you were around at eod, would you have kept your vote, or to whom would you have moved it to and why?

I would be surprised if there were not at least 2 scum on ghug's wagon.
Think the 4 vanity voters are more town?

From my perspective, the only offwagon voter who rings any alarm bells is emc, but I want to know what celaph has to say on my question.

I think emc’s bot-was-down excuse is some buster shit tbh. He knew ghug and Bona were major wagons. Even if he didn’t have up to the minute info, he knew enough to place an informed vote between them and instead stayed on a wagon he knew was DOA.

I think he’s mafia who had no idea what was going on between his teammates ghug and brainbomb and froze up.
