Scum won't know who is in jail, and thus won't know who is safe from NK

Downsides are:

The PRs won't know who is in jail and may try to help them/research them/give item to them.

Also, less talking during night.

I see... I mean it sounds like something to consider but with items being a thing are the benefits better than the downsides? I’ve got way too much to read to be thinking about this lol.
