Remember what I said about deleting AIs?

I take it back. I want to rip out Brainbot's txt files one by one until he's a drooling exe file stuck doing basic math for primary school children for the rest of recorded history.

Flicke: I should tell you about Pulse.

Pulse (OS)
Atk 0 Health 0
Widely used supercomputer among the Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwan, North Korea, Israel, Germany, Saudi Arabia. Once per phase Pulse can ping all other Pulse servers for latest news. Passive Ability (Positive) Has no personality. Is purely for data entry. Will not advise courses of action. Passive Ability: (Negative) Will do nothing on its own.

Its pretty popular. Was developed by China. It was inspired in the aftermath of Racunar. Seems that of those using it most are doing great demographically. Nations and colonies using brainbot all rank last in education, and very high in military budgets.

##Pulse What is the difference, physically speaking, between partial and full integration of Flicke?

I'm not sure why people are voting against building an upgraded hangar. We have 194 unused workers. Anyways, here are some proposals to use those workers up.

##Proposal 3.3.8 Build a Chapel
##Proposal 3.3.9 Build a Bar (I'm not sure why they're marked as locked on thamrick's sheets, since I don't see any tech that unlocks it)
##Proposal 3.3.10 Build Machine Shop

##Vote YES on Proposal 3.1.4, 3.2.1b, 3.2.2b, 3.2.3d, 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.3.5, 3.3.6, 3.3.7a, 3.3.8, 3.3.9, 3.3.10, 3.5.2
##Vote NO on Proposal 3.2.1a, 3.2.2a, 3.2.3a, 3.2.3b, 3.2.3c

(Thank God for thamrick's Google sheets. I couldn't have gotten through these without it.)

I'd also like to notify the Council that Turkey has successfully hacked into Battleship Branimir's system. Here's the information that the hacker gathered.

Information: Battleship Branimir
Pop (1) 105
Systems: Shields, Photons, Cloak, FTL, Lesser Terraform, Black Hole Generator, Life Support (Disabled)

Here are our options, which I'll list as proposals. The percentages are chance of success.

##Proposal 3.6.1 Enable Life Support: 65%
##Proposal 3.6.2 Install malware 55%
##Proposal 3.6.3 Lower shields 22%
##Proposal 3.6.4 Disable FTL 21%
##Proposal 3.6.5 Disable BHG 11%
##Proposal 3.6.6 Steal Technology 10%
##Proposal 3.6.7 Initiate Self Destruct 5%

I had some questions for the Turkish hacker, Asil, but I assume he'll want to answer them here so everyone can make an informed decision.

I have several questions about your the info you gave me earlier. We were told that there are 300 people aboard Battleship Branimir. Did the other 200 die? If so, how can you know that the 105 are alive? What does Life Support being disabled entail? Is there no oxygen? If so, how is anyone alive?

Additionally, how many options are you able to attempt each phase? Is there an option to disable terraform? Also, what does installing malware do?

I don't think enabling life support would work. I think Battleship Branimir can be controlled by Brainbot. It doesn't need oxygen. I prefer installing malware if it will cause heavy damage.

As of right now, it doesn't seem that way, but if we blow up their battleship, they might be. Who knows?

That would be illogical, obviously we gotta do that.
I don't understand why might they be.
++Proposal 3.3.8 Build a Chapel
++Proposal 3.3.9 Build a Bar (I'm not sure why they're marked as locked on thamrick's sheets, since I don't see any tech that unlocks it)
++Proposal 3.3.10 Build Machine Shop
I think bar is unnecessary, and Chapel should be built when we need to decrease corruption.

Asil: I dont know why theres only 105. Life support being off could be the reason.
It shuts down oxygen and heating. People are potentially asphyxiating or freezing. Some may be alive by using masks and tanks.they wont last long.

I can do one option.

Disabling Terraform is 11% same as the BHG

##Vote Nay on 3.0.1, 3.1.3, 3.2.1a, 3.2.2a, 3.2.2c, 3.2.2d, 3.2.3a, 3.2.3b, 3.2.3c, 3.3.3, 3.3.4, 3.4.2, 3.3.8, 3.3.9, 3.6.1 ,3.6.3, 3.6.4, 3.6.5, 3.6.6, 3.6.7,

Some comments: I think that we should not only upgrade the hanger we have, but build another one. Even if we don’t need any of the other vehicles, we can build harvesters which will foster growth in the future. So please consider 3.3.5 (Build Upgraded Hangar)
In regards to 3.5.1A (Proposals must have more than 50% "yea" votes out of the total number of votes to pass.) I would honestly like to see 50% of councilors voting on everything so we get a more accurate representation of what all councilors want. I know that in phase one I had voted for 2 props that got passed by 2 yeas to 0 nays and I just want to make sure everyone is happy with what is going on.

##Proposal 3.3.11 Build a Hanger
##Vote Yea on 3.3.11

Also, can we have someone assigned to make sure we are either a.) using all of our workers and making sure none/few of them are idle or b.) not passing props we don't have workers for?

I can probably take this over in the future, but I'm traveling today. So if someone could do it for this phase that would be great

Is YnBar our enemy?
President Roland of YnBar has given us permission to destroy battleship Branimir. Unless someone is forcing his hand, which we have no evidence for, YnBar is our ally. There was previously a lot of confusion about whether or not YnBar was supporting Branimir, but now I believe it has been resolved.

Turkey seems very helpful, I'm glad they are offering to do all of this for us.

I'm thinking with disabling life support that they may still be able to attack us for a while. I'd rather go for installing malware. I'm assuming if both 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 pass, the one with more Yes votes passes?

##Vote Yea 3.6.2

I think I have outdated Tech Tree links. I can't find Machine Shop on it. Does someone have the new ones handy? Between chapel and bar, it seems like the chapel is a lot better. We have plenty of workers and surplus steel.

I'm okay with 3.5.1A. I don't want to change anything.
But upgrading our hangar would be better choice, in my opinion.
But if we can do both at the same time,

@ZaZaMaRaNDaBo,
I think building chapel is a salvation of corruption. We don't need that for now.
And, please tell me how do you want to be called, I don't know how does they call you, and it's quite hard to write your name. ;-)

I feel like that's basically what I've been doing, but if you want me to officially say I'm assigning workers, then that's fine.

@Ike - why are you voting No on the Mark IV Laser?

I feel like we need every option available to us to try to prevent the terraformation.

I just want to be sure we are not way overworked or underworked. I don't know they need to be assigned but I was thinking more of a forecast based on what should pass.

Won't we have to build it or install it or something to have it available for use? I didn't think we would be able to use it next phase

##VOTE Yea on 3.3.5 - I want to verify that if we upgrade the Hangar, we will still be able to receive the space fighter this phase though. Upgraded Hangar takes 2 phases to complete.

Current worker & resource usage:

Mine - 40 workers
District - 100 workers, 2 steel, 1 credit
Upgraded Hangar - 60 workers, 2 steel, 1 credit
Generator - 30 workers, 1 steel, 1 credit
Machine Shop - 30 workers, 1 steel, 1 credit
Hangar - 60 workers, 2 steel, 1 credit

10 Mechanics Trained

Currently we are set to use:
330/374 workers
8/10 steel (7 +3 from harvesters). I could add 2 from adv harvester
5/7 credits (6 +1 from Pakhwa)

For the remaining 44 workers, I think there are 2 viable solutions:

1) Train 10 medics under Szpoti (he still hasn't confirmed that he isn't using his ability this phase) and build Biowells (30 workers, 1 steel)

2) Build another Mine (40 workers) - would need another overseer meaning we would be unable to use the overseer's ability next phase (Eachen? Tierney?)

I think option 1 is better since it gives us the flexibility of Councilor abilities/actions next phase. It does leave us very low on steel however.

Additionally, we harvested the alien flower last phase. So we should transplant it into the greenhouse. I'll look at the report on it to make sure that is a good idea lol

I confirmed with Brainbomb that we would be able to use it. I think the tech counts as a build in this case.
