*Hana, Lazlo, Jaromir and Ignus have returned to the colony with 43 survivors and Traxler, a marine*
Are these 44 included in the 642 Pop listed?

Flicke:

Endeavor3:
Radius: 5,106 mi
Surface Gravity: 9.711 m/s2

Surface temp. min. mean max
Fahrenheit −96 °F 45° F 95 °F

68% carbon dioxide. -> needs to be scrubbed up
.08% argon
10% nitrogen
15% oxygen
7% carbon monoxide

Facts: Due to an eruption of several volcanoes, Endevour3 is experiencing a runaway greenhouse effect. Reversing this will be critical in making Endevour livable.

Options and Countermeasures:
Early life on Endevour will require you to live in a dome. To fix the heavy amounts of Carbon Dioxide it is recommended you keep emissions at a low, and work to promote growth of forests. Biowell technology will help you to produce food, and it is recommended you promote a healthy cleaning of your atmosphere by building Advanced Harvesters. The newer model of harvesters will act as drones flying around in the upper atmosphere essentially scrubbing away the greenhouse gasses.

This will mean your harvesters wont be gathering resources for a while. But they may be able to create a long lasting -no terraform required- clean planet.
-----

Additional notes.
0.041% is a desired range. Meaning you need to scrub 68% of the current atmosphere.

Gaiten and Bliax Volcanoes are pumping out large amounts of Sulfur and Carbon each phase as well. Not much we can do about that.
----

Regarding survivors, no the 44 have not been added yet officially so yer pretty much (7) pop.

And...

What I like?

I...

I like flowers. I love moonlight. I like my swamp. I like you guys.

Im motivated to save my planet. Adventure. Anything really.

Okay. I have an idea. It would require you to leave us, which would be sad since you've been so helpful, but it would help us save our planet and give you a fun adventure. How would you feel about that?

I know. We don't blame you. You helped us get rid of Brainbot and have been very useful for us. But we do need to stop our workers from dying. Hana could help but she already used her ability this phase on Loom.

We would send you to orbit around our planet in one of our spaceships. Ignus told us that the runes that Jaromir found near the north pole contained the knowledge to allows Wisps to go off-planet. You could keep an eye on the planet and communicate with us from up there. You could also shield the planet if we needed it. We can send Gloombridge crystals with you to keep your health level up. If you hovered near the wormhole, it would also provide us boosts that could help accelerate our planetary cleansing. But you'd need to be careful. We wouldn't want you to accidentally travel through the wormhole and not be able to get back.

Given the rise in corruption levels and the drop in morale, you will not be surprised to hear that I would be more than happy to oversee the building of a Chapel this phase. Particularly if I can do this alongside praying for the colony to reduce corruption as an action.

If I can only do one, then I would favour the building of the Chapel, as this serves the same purpose in the long run, as well as being beneficial for the edification of our souls.

##Vote Yea Prop 5.3.2

Greetings fellow councillors. I am happy to have been again on a planetary body after the horrors of the ill-fated battleship. I am glad to have escaped with my life yet as I can see this maybe still be in danger.
But let's take things from the beginning. I am Valen, an economist and diamond specialist. Gems are my expertise whether are worn by women as jewels, used as commercial good, pass for currency or sold as parts of hi-tech equipment and weaponry. I was born on Earth but I haven't seen it for years as I travel for business at all the far corners of the Galaxy. I came here for my intel was saying that the minerals of this world are rich in diamonds.
The travel was not what I hoped for, the horrid ending of it won't be forgotten as my fellow traveller, priestess Naia, said. Yet I escaped with alive so I must not complain. Now, after a good bath and a shave, my abilities and assets are at the community's service.
I see that our colony is in a tight situation. Can we boost the morale of our people in some way? A much-needed luxury? Some more plentiful food ratios if our supplies allow it?
We have a workforce of 612, all proposed constructions need 740, we can build all but the laser towers. In this case, we are left with 70 workers idle, can they start this construction on a slower time schedule? Provided materials are enough for all the buildings.
As for the taxation of our home world, can w use my investment abilities to help gather the credits needed?

Medic Haemod:

I submitted my findings to a message board run by the CDC of Denmark. The response was interesting.
Indeed, exploders or bombies are the result of a new biological weapon called Agent Othello. It is an airborne toxin which adds a dormant trait in humans that triggers on death. Current course of action is to burn the dead and avoid contact with a turned subject.

We will have a vaccine within 2 phases. Early cost will be steep. We can supply (1) 100 samples, vaccine per (10) credits. Demand is already skyrocketing.

The deceased are burned and their bodies are not at risk for reeanimation. I believe fire destroys the pathogen. And when the zombies explode, a death by blast does not incur reeanimation.

Right. I'm not suggesting we blatantly ignore their request. But I'm primarily worried about the Fuel and the (to a lesser extent) Credits. I assume in addition to the 7 Fuel they request, we will need to provide 8 Fuel for the journey of our transport there and back.
Remember, we are Ynbarians first. We left Ynbar a mere 5 phases ago. Ynbar deserves our loyalty. They gave us the intial resources to get here and survive the first few phases. We should at least pay them back for that. Besides, they surely wouldn't allow us to collect our lottery money if we don't pay their tax. I would think that Ynbar would send its own ship to collect tax, since they're the one taxing us. They won't be able to come for quite some time given the the present blockade. I'd also like to request that Eachen convert some sheep to wool so that we can have the wool Ynbar requested ready.

##Proposal 5.2.8 Give the resources requested to Ynbar whenever they get around to coming to collect it. Request that Ynbar also brings along our lottery money on the tax ship.

As Prince William mentioned, these proposals exceed our quantity of workers. I will not approve (read: veto) any proposal to build a chapel until we have corruption, or the -2 corruption would be wasted. The current corruption is set to be eliminated by our pastor, and we won't be getting any more from Flicke. We could, of course, build a bar at the same time so that the corruption cancels out, but as mentioned already we don't have enough workers. In regards to the Oxygenator Turbine, I don't see any advantage to build this over extra harvesters. Extra Harvesters use less workers, less steel, and no Gloombridge Crystal, and they scrub the same amount of air if desired.

Also, we're a Ynbar colony, so if this war goes south, we would definitely be dragged in. If we can't address this through diplomatic channels, we should upgrade our defenses over the coming phases.
