Our colony is improved by your presence... and you haven't even done anytning yet!
I found some interesting things with the Crystal.
While it low class and lazy... I am going to simply show y'all a summary of what I found in my research:
diallosilicate heptoferranide, (rare)
Functions: Acts as a communication device, and an energy doubler. Any energy source it is applied to will double in its output.

(1) Crystal can be used on (1) System per phase to give it a boost
Or
(1) Crystal can be used to communicate very long distances once per phase.

Or
(1) crystal can be converted to (1) Science

[Science stashed up over time can improve research times or in rare cases be cashed in to learn a free technology]

No. Currently if you propose something, it's counted as a yes vote. We discussed it last phase, and I'm fine with it not being automatic.
