Oh, nice surprise to see my name in the top of the ranking !

Seems I followed the same approach as Claesar and 90kicvesb. I owe the 1st place only to my lucky choice for the 1st pick.

However, I do not have this weeks game quite ready, so that will have to wait for a little (hopefully I can get it up within 24 hours).

Okay - I quickly threw something together while doing other things, so here we go (I hope I didnt overlook something in the setup):

Inspired by the recent coalition game on discord with two people controlling one country, I decided to make my own variant - super coalition! In this game, everyone controls every country. The first few years were a bit wonky, and now it's 1905 adjustments. Austria has been dominating, and has six builds. The other six countries each lost a supply center this year and have to disband a unit.

Each of you get to start a riot in a territory for each country. The territory which has the most riots will be the one to go into civil disorder. If there is a tie, Diplomacy rules kick into effect to break the tie - furthest from home, fleets before armies, and then alphabetically. You will score points - or lose points - based on if your riot is successful or not. Here is a list of each territory that each country owns, followed by how many points a successful riot earns you, then how many points a failed riot costs you:

England:
F Liverpool (1/0)
A Norway (2/1)

France:
F MAO (1/0)
F Brest (2/1)
F London (3/2)
A Marseilles (4/3)

Germany:
A Holland (2/0)
A Ruhr (3/1)
F Kiel (3/2)
F Denmark (4/3)

Russia:
A Finland (0/0)
A St Pete (1/1)
F Sev (3/3)
A Ukraine (4/3)

Turkey:
F Smyrna (1/0)
A Ankara (4/2)

Italy:
F Tyrrhenian (1/0)
A Naples (3/1)
F Tunis (4/2)

Remember, points on the left are if a riot is successful, points on the right are how many you lose if they are unsuccessful. Additionally, everyone must choose at least one riot with a penalty of 2 or more. For this game, private communication between players is allowed, and bluffing is encouraged.

Deadline will be next Friday, September 6th at 11:59 pm eastern time, which gives you a little over a week.

Anyone want to revolt in Ukraine with me?

Ukraine seems like a opportune place for a revolt. The Russian annexation of Crimea was provocative enough on its own, but now they drop a military base on the peninsula and even color Kiev's region with Russian violet on their maps? Outrageous!

In, and accepting PMs. Particularly on the subject of Ankara, which is ripe for revolution.

Hello! What are you thinking on Ukraine and Ankara? Those are the riots mentioned in the thread, and I've been hearing positive noises about each of them. Any other exciting destinations you're looking at right now?

Er... I may have meant to send that as a PM. But hey, it's true, and I don't mind who knows it.

I'm thinking Liverpool looks particularly juicy. In fact, I might just have to pass up the revolt in Ukraine to have a go at Finland.

We should play a game of super-coalition sometime. Everybody votes on moves and stuff, and successful moves score you points? Bonus points for certain moves, etc. It could work...

Interesting. I'm discussing with the mod team what the options are for a simplified version of this.

I'm not sure you'll find a TD willing to accept and process 20*7 ordersets per phase.

Yeah, that's kind of a major flaw with the idea. It would need a fair bit of tweaking to be achievable. It would also need some balancing to make it interesting. It could work though.
