That is, in the sequence of N2, N3, and N4, we assume three people were infected. We know one of them was Damo and one of them was Rdrivera. The other person is "Unknown Person A" irrespective of whether their infection occurred on N2 or N4. It's not possible that four people were infected in three nights, as you're suggesting, unless the Camper Vanner or the Jailor were involved, and in the case of the Jailor, that would mean that one of the infected persons was Thamrick, who is now dead.
