As the night faded to dawn, the crew and passengers of the
Serenity left their shelters (in many cases the local bar) to find an unexpected sight. Before going to drink the Captain had asked Wash to take one of the shuttles off on a delivery run to take the man's mind off the tragic death of his wife. He was due back late in the day... but sure enough, both shuttles sat securely docked to the ship.
Climbing up into the vessel with their weapons out, Mal and Jayne searched their vessel but didn't find anything awry until they reached the very shuttle that shouldn't have been there. There Wash sat in his piloting chair, a familiar array of dinosaur toys and prehistoric flora (plastic of course) strewn around his controls - and a neat black hole in the back of his head.

Peter, in this setup, the Pilot can only use the commuting power twice. Our commuter's power has been used up by now, you see.

Peter, in this setup, the Pilot can only use the commuting power twice. Our commuter's power has been used up by now, you see.
Oh d'oh yes, and also the Reavers converted BunnyGo, so he lost his powers too.
