Re: 4! - 4 questions: game 2! + 4! + 5!
So, I think I am going to punt on this question and not count it. But I ask the following question: If I had information to affirmatively answer "yes" to the clarified question, would I have provided the following response to Q6?JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2023 3:56 amClarification: has she physically been acting in front of a camera/ voice acting within 365 days?Spartaculous wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2023 3:37 amClarification: do you mean that she acted in a movie / show that was released in the last year (regardless of when the filming actually was), or do you mean that the filming of the movie / show was in the last year (and the movie/show may not have been released yet)? I'm trying to figure out how this question differs from Q6.

Most famous for a tv show? Ex: Millie Bobby Brown is most famous for Stranger Things, but also acted in the Enola Holmes movie, so she would fit the criteria for this question.

This should rule out the whole continent (hemisphere). If 'white' means Caucasian then that rules out Arabs, Turks, Persians and other Middle Easterners. Other questions rule out the rest of Africa and much of East Asia.
So we're left with South Asians, Southeast Asians, Australian aboriginies and Pacific islanders.

Can we get some clarification on what the term "American" actually means here? After all, it is more frequently used to refer to people from the USA, but could mean anyone from North/Central/South America. If it's the second, do you include Greenland? The Galapagos Islands?JECE wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 3:49 amThis should rule out the whole continent (hemisphere). Re: 4! - 4 questions: game 2! + 4! + 5!
Yeah, there's a lot of ambiguity underlying a bunch of these questions. (Does a person born in Europe who immigrated to the US count as "American"? Not relevant to this round, but what if someone asks a living/dead question about a fictional person?) In any event, the "no" answer was based on a relatively broad definition of America, including both North and South America. I include Greenland in my definition of America, but not the Galapagos Islands.mOctave wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 3:58 amCan we get some clarification on what the term "American" actually means here? That's weird to me. The Galapagos Islands are extremely close to the American continent.Spartaculous wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 1:38 pmYeah, there's a lot of ambiguity underlying a bunch of these questions. I'm not going to ask if this person is from the Galapagos Islands though.

Question:
Is she from the Middle East or the Indian Subcontinent (which I would broadly define to include Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka)?

Or are you regarding the clarification of "America" as an additional question?
