I think I missed this reference, can you elaborate?
As in, I went and confirmed that Macca does his catchups by just reading and opening all the posts he wants to reply to in a new tab, then after reading he responds to it all in rapid fire. He did the same thing in the last game he played as town.

It was what made me think it weird in how he timed his posts. It might still that he was coached, but at least it doesnt seem as blatantly weird anymore with that knowledge.

I'm glad the Macca case has collapsed. I thought it too elaborate.

Macca is not quite as town as Jamie, darg and Vecna but certainly the town side of null.
Why in g-d's name is darg town?
I think he is easy to read and I townread him. Small chance he's scum rather than rdr I suppose.

I was suspicious of his absence, but the hiding a good PR is another good point I hadn't thought of.

##VOTE Seth
Can Damo and Macca be so blatant as scum?
Yeah, this lays credence to the strong coaching/bad acting theory.
Not you too!

I haven't read anything this morning that makes me wanna leave my vote on macca.

I also still scumread bunny... his return is hoppy. I am not a fan of people posting as they read. I am usually suspicious that they try to leverage it to look surprised. Bunny's 'write-along' seems to react individually to things, rather than look for a connected narrative. No narrative here.

The fact that he continues to scumread me after his return IS a good sign, though. If he had read through, and then pretended to read through and post, he could have (if scum) noticed a number of town-reads on me, and simply jumped on the bandwagon.

@Jamie I have not scum-read ghug strongly. He HAS nudged over from time to time, but i HAVE noticed what 'feels' like a consistency with him. Ghug in a QT would be changing his outlook and presentation, due to the community interaction in the other room. I have not been able to see that type of change.

I DO sense that type of change in Macca.

Seth remains on my scumlist, and the more quiet he is, the more his shade grows.

So, things have gone up and down on this, should the UB/Governor claim?

It was a big question a while ago, but it kinda dies off.

Aye... I do not doubt that he does the tab thing. (Like teacon.) But that does not change his demeanor, or fakiness, or fakiness, or fakiness, imo.

I lean towards no claiming, yet.

Claiming will probably be our tactic one of these days. But partial claims allow scum to piece together who is whom. They know which PR's are town. They only want to know who connects to whom.

Unlike us, who aren't even sure which roles are scum and which are town.

Let's wait until we all claim at the same time. So we catch up to them knowledge-wise, and will know pretty much all that they know.

what valuable scum role would that be?
FH probably.

Tiny chance of DV if they didn't recruit but somehow doubt that.

Diarist is another possibility. And there are the tracker roles but they are not so valuable.
And why would they give the valuable roles to the worst/least experienced scum member? Or recruit Seth so he couldve randomed something?

Good point @Vecna. If he is scum he is unlikely to be the recruit. This makes it rather difficult for him to have a 'good' role (unless they didn't recruit).

So I guess my hiding a good role theory is wrong. However I still suspect he is scum. Perhaps he is tree stump and both rdr and darg are town. Then the team would be something like seth/ghug/chaqa/bunny?

I keep going round in circles.

this game really needs a higher dose of Macca, Rdrivera, Bunny and Damo figuring things out
I'd particularly like to see the clarity of drunkBunny (tr.) Not to encourage drunkeness, but that form of bunny DOES bring a certain amount of clarity. (and as I stated, its absence concerns me.)
This is horsesh*t. I haven't done anything but "drunk Bunny" this game. I've been too distracted and busy to bother with my dumb Bunny persona. Everything you're getting this game is straight "Drunk Bunny (TM)" truth.

Regarding Bunny (welcome back, Bunny!)
It seems to me (unless I am missing his point) that his scumread on me is based on my Fruit Vending.

Don't forget, bun, that the roles in this game are not AI. I do agree that FV would be more useful to scum than to town. That doesn't mean they chose it though. I do agree also that it is pretty useless to us. I gave fruit twice, and all it was able to confirm is that i gave fruit to someone. ::shrug:: I don't think that even as a water-muddying-role, this occupation would have been that helpful to scum. Especially if they focused on removing from us the tracking-observing type roles.

Wait, he reads everything, and then gives us an individual response AFTER? So that it contains his mental state of everything he's read to, but seems to be a live reread?

Maybe I see drunk bunny differently than you do. You certainly have not seemed like drunkbunny to me. But you know you.

As mental state as it gets, most affected by the most recent page. I will often have 1 or 2 I've marked for reply, but can't remember what I was going to say, so I just close the tab.

It's true, it isn't AI. I'm still stuck on you for your posts when sugar lows affected your mental state. I probably need a reset there.

It wasn't JUST that you're fruit vendor. It was that you were fruit vendor asking for double voter to claim while saying "our doctors can protect him." It was as if you completely forgot the one application of your role (just after you posted you HAD an idea how to play your role).
