If a daykilled player (say Kak) had multiple items, would they all go to the one random player? Would they be distributed? If one but not all were Chaqa items, does that change it?

Any of Chaqa's items would go to him.

Any other items would be randomly assigned individually among all players on the wagon (including Chaqa).

Neither of you are mechanically cleared, because you could be scum together. All you would have to do was hold the NK and claim the RB and save.
