Doing it at EoN makes it slightly more difficult to verify how items were passed on, but also makes it trickier for scum/3p to make the correct choices due to less information.

Doing it right now might give us better information of how to proceed during this day. Seeing how we alraedy have a target.....I dont really think it makes much of a difference atm
