w is wolf, y'all.
Sabi, can you elaborate on your logic here? What's special about bona?
Bona is someone that would hard shield eden, which he has done in every game. Why would you hit the hornet nest? Why would scum eden attack his security.
It's also not optimal play of Bona was also mafia. There's no reason for him to bus Bona like that.
You know. This is literally the kind of thing I was accusing Sabi of with Neon. (and this is not an attempt to dredge that back up, but it is context on why I'm getting into this one) Because of that.
I want to know more about this.
This whole Bona always shields Eden thing.
Like I'm sorry, maybe I'm heartless. It doesn't matter how good of friends someone is with me, or how long I've known them, or how well I think I know them. But anyone could be scum. That in mind, prior friendship is not an excuse to shield for anyone. In any context.

In a w!Eden world I could see him trying to pocket and hard shielding a newbie like Rumi.
Related: me being new and having no fucking idea what I'm doing is not a valid reason to shield me. You're guilty of this too Sabi, you were doing it to Byz and Neon, you didn't want either of them voted out on D1. I don't find that logical reasoning.
If anything, you both should be more suspicious of friends and newbies, becuase those are the people who can slip under your radar. Chaqa is not only justified, but right to continue suspecting me. (and maybe its unoptimal play since I'm widely townread by nearly everyone, but knowing someone has the wherewithal to be doubtful of everything I say makes me feel we have a chance of beating scum)
Jamie absolutely had the right idea calling me out and telling me I need to stop acting the way I do, I need to grow the fuck up and learn some self-control because my emotional disorders make me weak. Neon was absolutely in the wrong for calling Jamie's response to me toxic. If anything, she should have acknowledged he was right.
In part because shit like calling eachother toxic divides the group.
And speaking of dividing the group, there's something else I'd like to bring up.

But this whole issue means a lot to me because I think a lot of people don’t try nearly hard enough to bridge the gap with their teammates

Scum killed him for a reason they deemed important - wether that's a PR hint, lock reads in, or remove a calming influence.
Also given that four of us (myself, Neon, Sabi, and Eden) have engaged in vast back and forth arguments with eachother,
I believe that that removing a mediator is exactly the reason drag was killed. Nothing in drag's posts read to me as PR-indicative when I went over them.
From my perspective, none of the things I just caught up in reading seemed productive or an attempt to solve this. Maybe I just have no fucking idea idea of what productive solving looks like.
(refraining from taking things personally)
(if that can't be accomplished, ignoring the things that are perceived to be personal attacks)
(solving the mystery > proving a point)
(answering questions and criticism of our actions with things that are validly disprove them and admitting honestly that we don't have verifiable facts to refute when we're unable to)
I will admit I have not conformed to this standard of productivity myself, but this kind of thing is, if I have to give Eden, Neon, Sabi, and myself the benefit of the doubt, what makes us invaluable to scum.
(but arguably, I think that all four of us should be considered suspicious)
We like to argue. We like to prove a point. We like to take things personally. In the case of Neon, there's valid mental health reasons to act this way. (but not myself, mental disability is NOT a valid excuse for my behavior. I deeply apologize for my behavior, I cannot control it, and it makes me ineffective)
Moving forward, difficulties with deescalating and disengaging to focus on more productive (and again, I think it might just be htat I don't know what is considered productive) lines of dialog that make our continued presence beneficial to scum.
case in point: I'm now far more willing to vote Eden then I was in day 1. If Eden is town, well fuck, this is totally what scum wants, us to do their job for them. If Eden is scum, then he longer has me pocketed and should be worried. (that said, this doesn't change status quo with me, because I've said multiple times I find Eden helpful, not necessarily innocent)
