@GM can Iron Man retract a kill order before it is processed?

I've been making everyone confirm with me via a second message saying the order they submitted is indeed what they want when they want to use an item or power. So if someone sends me a message to use and item or power then changes their minds before or when I ask them to confirm, it will not be processed.

With 3 minutes to go in D1 EP jumps on bozo wagon. At same moment, bozo claims stones. Everyone available jumps on ND wagon. Except EP.

When pressed later for explanation, never discusses this part. Merely mentions that he town read the people on the bozo bandwagon more than ND bandwagon (despite this not being true--he'd fingered kalel on the bozo bandwagon).
