This eliminates one of the three likely Reaver conversions, possibly a Reaver, and if he hasn't been converted, then worcej goes down. It also limits the # of people we have to worry about using our protections on, while 50/50 we get another town-directed kill off.

May be a bit too ambitious.

Whyever would Reavers want to convert me? I would be immediately exposed at EOD.

And Tom and Peter are not very likely targets either as they were strong NK candidates.

Yes, I am the Doctor. I protected Tom last night.

Originally, ironically enough, I was going to protect teacon since he was my top town read in the claimed PR group. However, once peter shot I changed to Tom, as he'd be the biggest asset for the reaver. Scum team 1 was pretty much dead with the three confirmed PRs, so reaver was our only threat. Xorxes and peter can both be caught pretty easy if they're recruited (peter we'd just lynch and have him kill someone with his death shot), so Tom was the bigger threat.

Chaqa looking hella suspicious though so far today. My guess of scumteam 1 is worcej, Jamiet and Chaqa now.

Why would you announce who you protected???

Why would I not? It benefits the town to know who is less likely to be a reaver. It's not a 100% guarantee, obviously, but its better than nothing to go off of.

Right. My point is that the Reaver could very well have thought that through and anticipated that town could decide to lynch Peter on the basis that they either kill a Reaver, or if they don't, they get to shoot someone else. It seems to me that would make Peter a less desirable Reaver candidate.
