if two mice die, then the third gets to kill another

if one mouse kamikazes into another instantly, they can likely force both dying in order to get the third the poison. yavu does this onto mimi, but it goes wrong and the third mouse is outed and killed, and revealed to be scum

will was never supposed to die - now that there's two outed mice alive, scum can't kill one without revealing that they want the other one to have the poison

So here’s a thought. What if Damo was right and we were giving too much credit to Will for the non-vote? And also, we are just taking Chomps at his word that Will was scum…. What if Chomps is scum and Will was town (who again for some reason didn’t try to save himself…yeah, idk)? Still working on this theory….

midway through day 1 i decided that the most likely scenario was that yavu was likely scum trying to get the third, then unclaimed mouse the poison. i took a pot shot at who i believed that third mouse was, as i did not plan on asking. it was extremely funny, therefore, that mimi volunteered this information immediately after i submitted the shot

my theory that the third mouse was scum was correct (and incidentally i was already voting them without knowing it), and i have no regrets about my course of action. i fully believe yavu is scum because of this.

You misunderstand my question.

The theory that Will and Yav are both scum mice, and the scum plan is to get Will and Mimi killed, is based on the fact that the scum will gain a poison kill once only one scum mouse is left. You said this yourself a few pages ago. Therefore they need Mimi dead in order to achieve their intended outcome. So why did they not kill Mimi?

trading 1 for 1 in exchange for getting the poision means an unrevealed second scum mouse gets poison, making it a two town for one scum exchange. net effect is pro scum. mimi revealed the third mouse though, so the plan failed

Two big issues that need to be resolved:

1. The whole shit around the claims and non-claims involving the sniper.

2. This theory being pushed by Bona that the scumteam of Bunny, Yavu and Will hatched a plan to have one of them commit suicide in order to obtain a poison kill, despite this plan being entirely dependent on a town player behaving the way the scum wanted.

This is a low-information game.

Unless carefully balanced, low-info games can tend to favour scum, because scum benefit from town being uninformed.

In such a setup I do not see the advantage to scum of hatching a plan that involves one scum attempting to commit suicide. I think they would prefer to hide in the fog provided by the setup.
