Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
Game has ended
Well, I grew up in the fallout from the riots in the '90s
Static cranes stand lifeless, castin' shadows on the town
I stare out that hallowed ocean as if to pick a fight
For thе dreams my old man dreamt for me lay on thе other side, yeah

that was kinda close at the end and with a certain PR (or two?) the game wouldn't be over, but thank you all for playing. Fox and Vecna basically solving it had me scared it was over for us, but thanks for bona's great leadership for the nk's and brian's endurance from my bus had helped us immensely. I also think there wasn't a bad play, but the biggest hurdle was that the game had not much content, in my opinion.
On another point, thank you again for gm'ing the game, brainbomb. I'm sure we have to talk about what happened and I'm not happy about it, but maybe I haven't explained myself well enough or I didn't understand exactly understand your point and after some thoughts about it, I think I see what you meant, but I think we should discuss this on another medium. While I felt really aggravated at the time, I think we will find a fair and just solution.

I would be down for it, maybe I'll finally draw Mafia.
I hope sometime soon we do a setup similar to Worcej's M79. I like the dynamic of Mafia choosing powers from a pool.

Ya'll did an awesome job. I really had been considering you and Bona being a team based on D1, but your performances were very good, well done.Kakarroto wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2023 9:18 pmgg wp

GG scum - what a flawless victory in the face of some pretty good solves. Most of the town was starting to align up against you 3, but it was too late unfortunately!

Fox totally had it nailed; we really went back and forth whether Fox was the right kill to make.

Sigh. Sorry guys. I’ll be taking a sabbatical. Back around November.
Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
ah thats too bad, bona was the exact PR that was bound to still make us loose.
Sorry for not being around at EoD so often.

the opposite one of the black knight - if I was daykilled you guys wouldnt get a nightkill.
But it didnt even help town due to the player number. If I was killed D3 you guys would also still win.

That would have screwed mafia royally. I think we were pretty much caught. I can't believe how concretely correct Fox was. I was the first of the dominoes to fall and it would have collapsed quickly.
I feel like we really employed: a) low-keyness and b) mechanics.
