I was considering Sabi or Neon

Could also just shoot in the barrel of lurkers
Who's in your barrel of lurkers?
There's two people who haven't voted yet
Could also slap rdrivera on there too but if I were to vote him it's not because he's lurking
I still think celaph is less lender than rd.. Or really either of the endvoters right now.

We should probably just kill Chaqa but only after he leaves for New Jersey so he can be upset about being killed without a chance to claim while also being in New Jersey.

Oh. I think if it occurred to him he would bring it up regardless of alignment, so I wouldn’t read anything there

I guess I could view him as having ridden the meme wave and is now lost on what to do

But like Chaqa always does this thing where he's just so gung ho sure on his reads for no reason I don't understand him

Wait I live in New Jersey
:lol: I forgot about that

You and Jose could do Stellaris LAN parties!!!
Every time I play Stellaris with people I feel like they’d rather me not be there
I wish score was like hidden so people didn’t feel the need to compare
We had fun with you and that was before the devs created an entire DLC centered around a mechanic that would be perfect for our comparative level of skill 8-)

I feel bad we stopped doing the weekly session, I just burnt out on the game super hard and my past experience is that if I’m burnt out, I suck at hiding it and tank the atmosphere for the group without meaning to

~~~
anyway for something relevant, I quite dislike how much Bona is coasting. I know he was being cheeky with his “I’m caught up so I’ll dip” post, but I suspect he has reached the point of self-aware memeing that he knows he can just openly say that as mafia, actually do it and show open disdain for pretending to solve, and not get called on it. Kind of like how Chaqa does his “we need to stop the scum theater” or “I am the Godfather” chutzpah, but with less audacity and more goofiness. I don’t know if I expect him to sink enormous effort into solving like he did in say M73 (which had the legendary SIMP analysis among other efforts), but I figured he would actually try when he caught up and saw the listlessness of the thread.
I kind of have a hunch that he’s actually busy but that he’s also allowing himself not to make time for the game because he has no hunt motivating him to do it
bona has a fairly sizable content pool despite his coasting though
Is there any direct correspondence that makes you think he's scummy aside from the absence of solving?
I’m not sure whether to heavily townread or heavily scumread people who are actually writing longwinded justifications for voting for snowy but I’m leaning the latter
so true, byz obvscummed and scumclaimed already
Given the context you provided I don’t know what you’re agreeing with because I didn’t say that lmao
I'd never be accused of such a thing.
But I wouldn't point to anything in particular I just read the game and said yeah Chaqa's probably town
Can you go deeper into why you think snowy and rdrivera are scum together? I know you gave me an answer to that already but I’m trying to piece together how plausible it actually is but figure you’ve put thought into it already and can just tell me since at the rate this thread moves I’ll have a chance to do that legwork myself by day 5 at the earliest
That’s a weird thing to latch onto from that post. I don’t think most people lost scum lists with the idea they’re all paired up. What makes you jump to that?
He said it earlier and I had kinda forgot about it
I don't think that's a good heuristic for Chaqa, unfortunately.
I regret my behavior and cliqueiness in this game. I'm sorry everyone.
I need to rethink how I approach stuff like this in games because I have done this whole clique thing with other players in other games and people have been annoyed.
It's a me thing.
I'm sorry I will try to stop it.
Honestly of all the low posters I think Vecna is least likely to be scum
While it's true he hasn't done much I do seem to recall he just doesn't until later in the game ever since he declared he now has a job and actually have to work like the rest of us, and nothing particularly caught my eye
Which is why it interests me that he is the counterwagon of choice
He's usually more assertive with the opinions he offers early even if he's tanging back a little. It's a low ratio of useful to content.
If you think he's an odd choice, why aren't you asking any questions of the person who made the choice?
Agreed on assertiveness. Without looking, I have no memory of him doing that so far this game.
Can anyone provide an example of said assertiveness? My memories of Vecna are bad comics, SQUAWK, and being an obtuse troll for several days before beginning to play. Oh, and being fearkilled a lot, for some reason.
