I am trying to move into Sevastopol from Rumania with support from Black Sea. I am thinking russia might try and attack rumania so i am moving from budapest to rumania. How can i support the piece that moved from budapest to rumania from Galicia? Do I support hold Rumania, do I support move budapest to Rumania?

A different unit is entering Rumania, so....

Galicia support move to Rumania from Budapest.

Your unit moving from Budapest to Rumania will not negatively affect your unit moving from Rumania to Sevastopol.
