Trying to find a recent post encouraging submissions to Diplomacy World

I seem to remember a recent Forum post encouraging submissions to the next edition of Diplomacy World, but now I can't find that post, try as I might.
I'd much appreciate being pointed to it or to who posted it...

Not sure but you can contact the editor, Douglas Kent at diplomacyworld at yahoo. The website says they're taking submissions til July 1. You can find a list of other editors with contact info on the second or third page of an issue.

I have not seen the new report but the links can be found in the next page sections
