i have done my orders. How to go to next phase?

Make sure you hit the "Ready" button if you're sure you're happy for them to process.

Then, orders will process once either:

a) All other players also hit "Ready"; or
b) The phase time runs out.

(Whichever happens first).

I have started a game vs. bots and clicked "Ready", but the next phase doesn´t started. Needs bots long to finish their orders?

No, that sounds more like a bug.
