25 percent of the world's problems could be solved

#1 Post by Doom427 » Sat Sep 17, 2022 1:33 pm

If we exterminated the ~99% of the human population that are not psychopaths. You can clearly identify them with a simple brain scan. Is there a utilitarian moral argument against exterminating non-psychopaths?

Oh I see you're responding to Tolstoy's stupid thread. I'll go and rant there.

There is. Humanity would go extinct. I very seriously doubt psychopaths would be able to survive without anyone else to exploit. They would wind up cannibalizing each other to survive, as long as that would work. Not to mention the gender imbalance, which always leads leads to instability (3/4 of psychopaths are male).

But isn't there a utilitarian moral argument for humanity going extinct?

What about the Congo?
