I'd strongly suggest a 21 to 24 player max.

In my (not inconsiderable) experience, any more than that leads to a really, really, really long game where everyone loses interest, which is awful to play in, and dispiriting to GM.

I don't think anyone is currently worried about having too many players.

I have consulted with a couple of trusted Council members and on the basis of their views, I'm going to say, I'm in.

I find confirmations pointless.

Anyone who signs up is signed up. I'll be trying to reach out to some more people over the next days to get more numbers.
