PM notifications on main page

Is there any way we can get forum PMs to show a notification on the main site? I’ve missed a few things bc I’m not seeing them

It's fairly high up on the list of todo items, but there's no expected date at this point.

The main page is where it should be. I received a PM about a tournament in Feb. I just saw it a week ago!

I've added some code that should show phpBB PMs on the main site's notice bar, just waiting for it to go through github now.
