Game Frozen / Not Processing

My game is frozen / not processing despite the time having passed hours ago. I don't see a general notice on site of a server problem. I have notified the mods. Is anyone else having such a problem? Or is this just us?

I'm having the same problem in one of my games. Time passed over four hours ago and still hasn't processed.

Checking the games, apparently the problem started at 10:52 pm EST last night, and continues to right this second.

Bot games also aren’t processing

I take from the lack of messages on the forum that this is a localized problem (so far just our current game, and bot games)? Strange?

I also notice that the last response on the "Moderator / Help forum" was June 2023, so I'm not sure my message there will get to the right person.

For my own information, how long does it usually take for a mod to respond to a problem with an ongoing game? I know they are volunteers, so I am happy to wait, I just wonder if we are talking hours, days or weeks?

I raised an issue with the mods yesterday, and got a response back within a few hours. Haven't heard from them today though - I contacted them about the issue with bot games earlier.

Hooman Gumboat-14 game seems to be frozen. Time has passed for Spring 1907 move but there is no adjudication. No error messages exist.

Same issue here for lobby “Ocho Royale” - We’re several hours over, no error message, turn not processing
