The new beta UI looks great, but all my chat history is empty. Is this expected?

Repro steps:
1. Go to a game (for instance, I'm in an anonymous one right now) that was started before the new beat UI launched
2. Click 'play beta'
3. Open the press section

Actual:
4. Errors on the console, and press section is empty: https://i.imgur.com/7KDBrcU.png

What I expected:
4. I can see my chat history with the different countries

Things I have tried that did not work:
- log out and back in
- delete cookies and log back in

Sorry, a couple of teething issues; behind the scenes we’re actually using a totally new piece of tech for realtime updates so there have been a couple of snags.

It’ll be worth it once it’s stable; let me know if it’s not resolved now.
