yes, the bots are actually really, really bad. They have no big picture view of the map, none. They have zero awareness on how to stop a solo. They do not have any idea what a stalemate line is. They never stop fighting an old enemy to switch to stop someone running away with the game. They poach SC to the end like idiots, they are actually awful diplomacy players.

That's right. They were trained to behave like real humans.

You can definitely win against bots as my last eight games show. Although prior to these results I had 9 failed attempts before soloing as England.
