Change request: set the default excused missed turns for chaos games to zero.

Please. 34 excused missed turns is not the appropriate default for a chaos game.

How does that even work? I mean, it should be like their daisy chained. I would think that everyone who misses a turn in a round (or whatever) loses their missed turn together, and CD's together (not real sure how I should say that.)

I think they're laddered, because chaos is a ladder.

That's not how chaos works.

Every year, many people are eliminated and at least one doesn't enter their final disband/retreat. It's not just a 1901 thing. With 34 players it's a significant problem. In a normal game the max delayed turns is 7. We have already exceeded that by 1903.
