Sorry in advance if I'm misunderstanding something.

I was looking at new games, and saw some games with a required RR of 90% or higher, and it said I did not have the required RR. However, when i go to my profile it says i have a RR of 100%. now, it will let me join games with only an 80% RR. Is this a bug, or am i simply looking in the wrong place to find my actual RR?

Should be fixed now. Give it another shot.

I'm having this exact issue now. New user signed up a few weeks ago, but I'm a longtime Dip player looking to start back after a break. I'll be reliable but I can't join any games!

If you start a bot game and play one turn it fixes the issue also
