In some games that are drawn or conceded in Spring, the final Order History will list Spring moves for that year (including unit placement) that are a duplicate of the prior Autumn moves.

AFAIK this is only a superficial issue.

(And I say that because, that's where you should report issues like these.) Now, I'm not a developer, but Im guessing this one is lowest priority.
