Forum link directs to hpp instead of https

The 'Home' link on the forum (indicated by the red rectangle and red arrow in the picture in the link) redirects to http://webdiplomacy.net/ instead of https://webdiplomacy.net/. The main 'Home' link (indicated by the yellow rectangle) redirects correctly.
